💵 Target Pay Rates

Our goal is to ensure all core team members earn a competitive "Partner-Tier" wage.

Role / Tier	Hourly Target	Basis
Standard Operator	$16–18/hr	Base rate for mows/cleanups
Lead / Partner	$20–25/hr	Includes route management & equipment prep
Subcontractor Partner	70–80% of Job	Execution-only (we provide the lead)

🔄 Profit Splits & Commission

Cleaning / Mowing Jobs

• 75% to the Operator(s) executing the job.
• 15% to the Business (Marketing, Insurance, Admin).
• 10% to Equipment Fund (Maintenance, Gas, Future Upgrades).

Upsell Commissions

• $10 flat bonus for every recurring contract conversion.
• 10% of gross for any partner service sold (Aeration, Gutters, etc.).

🚗 Expenses & Reimbursement

Mileage Pay	$0.65/mile	For use of personal vehicle to tow bike trailer
Gas Coverage	100% Covered	Use the company card for all equipment fuel
Dump Fees	Reimbursed	Keep receipts for all green-waste disposal

📅 Payout Schedule

Weekly Payouts: Every Friday for jobs completed by Wednesday.
Reporting: All jobs must be logged in the Dashboard by end-of-day Wednesday to be included in Friday's pay.
Methods: Venmo, Zelle, or Direct Deposit.
